Questionnaire: determination of permanent resident status

Hello everyone,
It's been one year since I sent my PRC renewal and today they sent me a letter with "questionnaire : determination of permanent resident status "
My question is it normal that I get this letter or is there a problem
Plus what does mean: supporting documents showing that there are compelling and compassionate factors in your personal circumstances

It sounds like they are trying to confirm if you meet the 730 day rule. You will need to provide some means of proof that you were in Canada on the days you said you were (i.e. pay slips, ATM withdrawals, phone bills, etc.).Reviewing your previous posts, you will need to include the reasons you were 36 days short (i.e. family illness, personal illness, etc.).
