I have given ielts exam 7 reading 6.5 listening 6 in speaking but 5 in writing overall 6 band
I have done my senior secondary last year with commerce stream with 58% but in 10 th grade i got 73%
I cant give my ielts exam again bcause i already gave 4 times..
Please let me know am i eligible to get canadian visa of Toronto ontario

I would strongly recommend you re-write IELTS and increase your writing score to at least 5.5 before applying for a study permit.

If you have taken the test four times already and are unable to increase your score, then I would recommend you spend more time learning English and improving your English language capabilities before thinking of coming to Canada on a study permit. Without sufficiently strong language capabilities, you will likely find it difficult to keep up in school.

Having said that, you can certainly try applying now with the score you have. But with a 5 in writing, be prepared for a refusal.
