Depends on your ECA, age, and skilled work experience (NOC). What is your eligibility and CRS scores?

ECA is an education assessment. You need an ECA for your degrees. For Express Entry (Canada’s PR program), You need to find out if you are eligible based on your age, education (ECA), IELTS and skilled work experience. You need 67 points to submit a profile. Having 6.5 IELTS scores has no meaning. If you have a Master with strong language skills and 3 years skilled work experience, you may get invited.
