Do we need to give birth certificate with the documents or marriage certificate will be enough? and what if someone does not have a birth certificate ?

I think your passport is enough to prove your date of birth.

I do not have a birth cetificate. I submitted my passport copies and school certificates as proff of age. I am CHC London, I also know that CHC buffallo also didnt have a problem when my brother processed his from there. So I would assume that the passport and other documents should be enough.

Hi Guys,

Does immigration do the employment check for the secondary applicant ? like calling the employer or visiting workplace ? or is it just for the primary applicant as he/she qualifies for the skilled migration ?

Generally, they dont check or verify employment details for spouse as the spouse is coming as a dependent. I havent seen it happening with any one. But, in rare cases, if they doubt the papers presented there, they may do verification procedure for the principal applicant and the spouse as well...
