hi guys.

id like to know your opinion re my situation. im a tfw right now in food industry and my wp is expiring in oct. i want to switch to student permit. heres the scenario, i finished a 4 year degree course in the Philippines bs information technology. i also studied a 2 year diploma in health and social care in england. im just wondering, if i choose to study a 6 month or a year certificate in health care, do u think there will be a course mismatch?
thanks in advance

Hello, if your intended program is for 6 months or less then you don't have to apply for study permit, I believe you need to change your current status from worker to visitor? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-who.asp If more than 6 months, yes apply for a study permit, you just need a strong SOP to explain why you will take up health care, good luck!
