Just wondering, if your status says "In Process" but then the explanation (when the link is clicked) says "Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on January 30, 2015. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office" Is that the good news, or should I be seeing "Decision Made" first ? I know that many here get the "Decision Made" status before they actually get their new card… ?

yes, decision made means the card has been mailed. if it's "in process" the card is still being processed, and has not been mailed. cic will not do anything about a missing card until it's 6 weeks past the date it was mailed (ie: ECAS changed to DM). you can call the PR card processing center and they will confirm what date it was mailed.
