Question to Qorax, Wilson, PMM, Leon and other experts: OHIP issue

Dear experts,
I am looking for the exact way how Ontario province counts three months wait period to issue health insurance card.
In other provinces, they have clearly written how they count 3 months wait period, but I could not find the answer in OHIP.

My question is,
If I re-land and stay there continuouly from 21 March, then when I will recieve the card?
It is on June 1 or June 22.
Experienced views are highly appreciated.

If you will stay continuously from March 21, 2012, then you will receive your OHIP card after 3 month (coverage will be affective from June 21, 2012). See the links for details.

Dear Hmisabpk,
I agree but I am looking for clear explaination as in Alberta province explains. In Alberta province, if you register on March 21, then you will get your Alberta Health Insurance in June 1. ( They count 3 months of wait period as March, April and May).
I am wondering whether same counting system of wait period will valid in Ontario?
