I got pr from Manitoba nominee, and try to find job in winnipig but failed and dicided to move on toronto ontario, and i got a job here and live here for 3 years.
now my time line is finish to apply for citizenship doses this affect in my applciation

I have applied my spouse immigration from here toronto ontario, Did any affect to my spouse immigration application

If you almost immediately left Manitoba after becoming a PR, it could bring into question whether you misrepresented your intent to settle in Manitoba, which is a prerequisite for MPNP. However, if you spent a significant amount of time in the province (months) searching for employment, you should be OK.
