Question regarding visa expiry and entry in Canada

Hey Guys,

I have a question for you guys. I will be travelling to Pakistan for a while and I am planning to come back by December 25th, 2012. My Canadian Visa expires on December 28th, 2012 but my work permit is valid till January 28th 2013. I have applied for my new work-permit and only then i can apply for new visa. Besides that my immigration based on PNP is already in progress and my file is with Ottawa embassy

The question is, would Canadian government have an issue for my entry in Canada on December 25th since my visa will be valid for 3 more days on that day. Logically they shouldn't, but i am just asking to make sure.

Moreover, if some pakistani is on forum could you guys tell if lahore aiport officials would have any concern on it ? I know they way to make money out of everything but can they decline me from travelling to Canada ?

1. No issue, valid TRV and valid work permit on entry.
