My sister just received her immigration papers and she will be in Canada soon and I'll have to apply for study permit after she goes to Canada cause I'm applying for the January session. So my sister being in Canada will it cause problems for my study permit?

It doesn't mean you won't get a visa if relatives are in Canada.
