Question regarding sending additional docs

I applied under CEC in December, my card was charged, and got an AOR a few days ago as well.
Now I need to send in a new document (my new T4 form). Do I need to wait till I appear in Ecas to do that?
Right now Ecas does not recognize me, and I just got my AOR on Monday, so probably my file has not been physically sent from Sydney to CPP Ottawa.

It does not matter. If you have your AOR, you can very well send your doc quoting the AOR number.

You don't need to wait, just send it to Ottawa with AOR, file number, name and date of birth.
