Hi Everyone, We are in the final stages (yay!) of completing our application for my husbands' PR to Canada. When CIC asks for photos to verify the relationship do they have to be actual photos or can they be copies from the computer, like on copy paper instead of photo paper?? I know it's an odd question, I hope I'm being clear, just wondering if they needed ACTUAL PHOTO. Also, the other photos ( the immigration ones), how many are required??

Hi

For the proof photos, normal paper is fine. A really good way to organize them is to put the photos into Word and type captions below them to say "Who, Where, When". Can't remember ours exactly but we had around 9 pages, with around 4-12 photos on each page. One page for our Thailand trip, one page for day-to-day life in New Zealand, one page for my partner's first time in Canada etc.

For the immigration photos, it tells you how many in the checklist of your country-specific guide. For the US, it's 4 photos.
