Hi,

The photo for my souse whom i am going to sponsor has a address stamp in the back but the phone number and date is entered with a pen.

Will this be acceptable ?

As long as the front is to specifications, the info on the back should be okay whether stamped or handwritten, I believe.

yes photo is as per specification.

Photo lab guy had stamp only with the address. I asked him to put phone number and date with pen as i think it is required.

Just curious If it is going to be OK !!!!!!

You should have a paper (in the country-specific guide) that states specifically what is required. It's the last page in the PDF for the USA.

It (at least in the USA guide) states:

The back of one (1) photograph must:
bear the name and complete address of the photography studio;
bear the date the photograph was taken;
The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable

What is required at the back of ONE of the photographs as per the regional guides is:
-date, name and address of the photography studio.
This info can be stamped or handwritten.

Oh nice if handwritten is fine.

Yeah I checked the checklist too for photo specification.

Thank you so much to all for these answers :)

I did not do this on the photos we sent(meaning we did not write anything on the back) ,,, will they send our application back???
