Question regarding past Employers not giving letter

Hello Guys,

I have more than 4 years working of experience, the first company I worked for, I stayed there for 2 years,
then I transferred to another company but unfortunately I only stayed there for 8 months and was not able to adhere to the one month notice before I needed to go to Thailand for emergency personal reasons.
I am now here in Thailand currently working for the same NOC as my first job for 1 and half years now.

The first and current job, I can obtain an employment letter, however I cannot get employment letter for my second Job, for they said I did not do the proper exit. Will this be a problem on my application for EE?

you can claim points for first 2 years and then for 1.5 years in current employment. You will be getting maximum CRS score as it considers the 3 years or above for the max scores. However, do ensure that you are above 67 in FSW grid.
