Hello

I applied to Buffalo for FSW cat 1 and currently moved back to India. I recently e-mailed them to add my new born to the application and they responded by saying that I need to send the copies of passport and birth certificate along with photographs and processing fee. I have the below two questions:

1. whom does the Demand draft be drawn in favor of? This was not mentioned in the e-mail. Is it " reciever general of canada" or "canadian consulate general".

2. Do the copies of document be notorized? if yes, do we need the “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document” stamp on the documents? The reason I am asking is that I have done this in USA while sending the full documents and was wondering of they do that in India?

Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

1. Receiver General of Canada.

2. If your check list ask particularly for any document "notarized", then only. Otherwise just send photocopies of all.

Guys draft should be made in favor of:

"RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA"
