question regarding lmo and visa processing

hi all,

I'm hoping that somebody can help me about my situation... i have an LMO but the work visa got denied... my current situation is that my wife and my son is in Canada as tourist ( my wife gave birth in Canada and my son is Canadian ) the reason they denied my work permit was i dont have a strong ties to my country of origin ( Philippines ). can i appeal to get my work visa, if they go back home will i get the work permit?

I cant even descrive what im feeling now, can someone please haelp me and give me good advise
