Question regarding IQAS application

Need small help

I am from India. I was filling out IQAS application form and have below question.

There is a statement mentioned on IQAS website "copies of all academic education credentials and translations" .
I have done post graduation and need to get it assess through IQAS.

In my case Do i also need to send my Graduation or higher or secondary education documents as well OR not.

Please help

One more question, if in any case IQAS assessment rejected , Can we reapply
