Question regarding Employment Verification

Hi All,
I am in the process of getting employment verification from my old company, HSBC USA and they referred me to theworknumber website to get that information. However the document that I pulled from there does not contain job description but it has the title , salary etc.

Has anyone used theworknumber to get verfication letter? Can this be submitted or do we need something specific with job duties.

Job duties are a must unfortunately...
If you can't, submit all kinds of documents that prove your duties, including writing a letter yourself.
