question regarding employment proof

I am sponsoring my spouse, if i provide an option c print out, do I also still need to provide a letter from my employer stating my period of employment, salary etc. or is the option c print out for the recent taxation year enough?

yes, you must also provide a letter of employment from your employer. it is a required document for sponsors, as well as the option c form. you need to submit both.
