Question regarding EAC from IQAS

Friend, I am going to evaluate my credentials from IQAS. I just want to ensure that my understating is correct.

My qualification is as following:

B.Tech from UPTU
PGMP ( 2008 - 2011) from IMT CDL.

For the evaluation, we need to send the below documents:

IMT CDL Transcripts - In a sealed envelope + signed.
Diploma / Degree photocopy

B.Tech - Transciprt from UPTU
Degree photocopy.

Please confirm, if I am correct ?
