QUESTION RE: BC NOMINEE PROGRAM

I just got a ITA to for BC Nominee Program under EE International Graduate program. I have some concerns that I will love to be cleared.

1. My job is a full time contract position with an end date (late next year). Can I send a letter of explanation stating that my company will make me permanent job offer upon becoming a PR, as is their policy?

2. What documents does the employer need to provide?

I will greatly appreciate any useful insight to this. I have until Spet. 26 to send in my application. Thanks a bunch!

1. BC PNP are quite explicit about the job offer requirements

Your employer must state that you have been offered and have accepted a full-time job (at least an
average of 30 hours a week, year-round) that does not have an end date. Contract positions are not
eligible

I doubt a LOE will have any impact here
