Question: Passport photo requirement for Medical

Hi Guys,

Please shed some light if I need to follow the photo specs (like the one i've submitted with my full application) for the medical exam?

The medical exam guidelines states that I need to bring passport photos but they did not specify the specs. I'm in the US, should the US passport size photo is ok? or should I give the specs i was referring to above?
