Question on which province or territory to reside?

While filing the application for PR after ITA, I came across this question.

In which province or territory does intend to reside? (required)

Does the answer to this question hold any important towards the PR process? Like if you select any major city, would it be fine or delay the process?

Does the answer to this question hold any important towards the PR process? Like if you select any major city, would it be fine or delay the process?

The only real significance of the question is if the application is based on a provincial nomination or the answer is Québec.
