question on where to study

I have already taken my ielts the results are:
Listening = 8.0
Reading = 7.5
Writing = 6.5
Speaking = 6.5

Would this be enough to get into a reputable University/college?
I just graduated from a 3 year course in ComSci from Philippines

A friend of mine said that I will still have to study comsci in canada because their curriculum is different and they wont just honor my diploma in ComSci

My friend graduated from a 4 year nursing course in Ph now he is in Australia still studying nursing for more than a year now


well anyway what would be the best place for me to study ComSci(hoping to be a programmer)
and best place for job opportunity in my line of field

Your Ielts result is good.There would not be any problem for uni or college.
Which course you wana apply for?

If they would not honor my diploma in ComSci
then I would take any remaining subjects that they would require me to

so basically im gonna take ComSci

If they do honor my diploma in comsci then the next step for me would be master (though I am not too trilled in taking my masters in comsci)

I am willing to redo any subject that is concerned with coding because I feel that I have not learned enough
hoping to study at least 2 years
