Question on the Application KIT for Pranet or grandparent Sponsorship program

Hello Friends

I have started fill out the application form for the sponsorship program openning Jan 2017. My questions are as follows:

Do i have to fill out application form separately for both my parents or keep my dad as principal applicant and my mother as his dependent?
is this a good idea to fill out the forms this early? is there any chance CIC make any last minute changes? i am concerned because i need to send them back home for my parents to sign and than mail me here.

One application with one parent as the primary and the other parent as the dependent. It's possible the forms may change in November or December. You will need to ensure you have the latest version when you submit the application.
