question on supplementary information(travels) form

my children are not up to 18yrs old but they will be accompanying me to canada, so do i have to write not applicable or write their names and check did not travel under dependent child travel information???????

You need to furnish details of your child only if he or she is 18 years or above. No matter accompanying or not accompanying you to Canada.
To be more specific in your case, you need not furnish your child's details in IMM5562.
