I am preparing my full docs for VO submission. When I checked the application copies (imm008, shedule1, 3, Family info, etc.) that I have sent to CIO I noticed couple of issues:

1) Employment history needs to be updated till Oct 2010. Original applicaiton only has upto June 2010 (When I submitted to CIO).

2) The photocopies of application forms submitted to CIO already have my signature, and signature date mentioned as June 2010.

If I am submitting the application to VO in October, do I need to correct these ( fresh signature, and updated employment history) or leave it as it is, and submit to VO?

Thanks in adavnce!

I think you should update the dates to 'present' or Oct 2010 (provided you send it this month) and sign and date again. Otherwise they can question why details after June is missing. This will apply for personal history and wherever you have end dates as June 2010.

I also have the issue, and I am planning to do the above.

This is my thought, however, please wait for other responses too...

Yes - Follow as what 'ptv7425' is recommending. At least no harm by doing this.

Another thing I missed is, include a cover letter identifying these as changes.

Technically no need. It's understood to them :)

PTV7425, moabbasi,

Thank you for your reply. I think I will update the history and fill the page again that requires fresh signature.
