Question on Sponsorship Application

Hi, I am about to submit sponsorship application for my parents but want to make sure I got it right. Do I submit either Notice of Assessment or Option C print out or does it have to be just Option C print out?

the Option C has more detailed breakdown of earnings compared to NOA so I would call CRA to request the Option C print out!

Thank you. I actually got hold of an agent at CIC and they confirmed Option C print out is what they want.
