Question on Signature Required when sending Passport Request?

I opted for the Signature Required while sending my passport.

Will someone acknowledge the receipt of the package.
I heard that sometimes mails sent to the government don't get signed even if they are received. And the Canada Post status may continue to show "Out for Delivery".

Any insight guys?

I got a signature from my CEC application I sent to the CIO.

How about when Passport is sent?

yeah that happens when there are bulk deliveries...

i remember one time i sent my passport to get multiple entry visa, somebody signed it...

From other threads I saw that some of them used Canadapost priority cover with signature required and it was sent to street address not the PO Box address. They were successful.

Not sure y'day which type of candapost cover you used, what were the dimensions of cover you sent? To which address you had sent passports?
