question on IMM 5481, help please

hi, just want to clarify about Sponsor's form IMM 5481, #6B. it says every other family member not included above and dependent on you financially, whether they are living with you or not. Canadian sponsor is giving monthly spousal support to his Canadian ex-wife and is required to do so for 4 more years unless the ex-wife marries or lives with another guy. Sponsor is now applying to sponsor new wife, should he put 1 here and write the details on the following page?

He is divorced right,so she is not a dependant and is not a family member.Family Sponsorship does not require a income level.In that section you put children,living with or not plus any child ou have.So all children living with you or not they are talking the sponsors,sponsor immediate family not mother father exs.
