Hi All,
I have query on funds. I showed the required amount for 3 members, infact around 600$ more than the required amount, but due to recent current exchange the dollar shot upwards. My questions is that will CIC count the exchange rate on the day of submission or on the day they check the amount. I also attached the state bank exchange rate copy for that particular day.

the day they do eligibility check, which is about a couple months after application submission.

hmm but what if the funds at that day go below the limit they provided. I mean its not the applicant fault that exchange rate suddendly shot up.

it is the applicants burden to take conversion rates into account. thats why its always better to have a couple thousand more than required.

Seriously, Nobody can answer that. So, even if someone as answered, just ignore that.

Always have at least 1-2 thousand CAD more in your account for safer side, else PR gets rejected under Eligibility.
