Question on forms and process to get my 16 year old son canadian citizenship.

My 16 year old son is born in the US (my wife is canadian, and I am US citizen), what form/process does my wife need to follow to get him citizenship?

I found the checklist: IMM5491E, is this the correct route?

If your wife was a Canadian citizen when he was born, he has inherited her citizenship. She should apply for a citizenship card for him, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certif.asp
