Hi,
I know it might sound silly, but I suddenly got this doubt of whether the foreign experience means outside Canada work experience in your home country or foreign experience outside your home country ?

>> How many years of skilled foreign work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation.

Example : If I am in India and I am working here for 5 years, should I answer the above to 5 yrs ?
Or Does it mean I am Indian citizen who worked in US or some other country for sometime and should we put that years ?

Any help.

Can someone clarify this ?

Foreign - TO CANADA.
Foreign work experience is work experience out of canada. While it may be meant to say from your country of origin, it still does not limit to that.
Any work outside of Canada is foreign work experience.
