She lives in Canada, she has a green card, PR, working but not yet a citizen and she attempted of carrying a family as visitor visa, and later got denied by the embassy through the interview. Do y'all think she has missed a chance of carrying or inviting any of the family member when she later got her citizenship?

we all wonder who "she" is.

No she hasn't miss a chance of "carrying" any of the family member. She has the same chance as a PR as she will when she is a citizen. It all depends on the applicant's application.

Explain your question a little more and maybe someone will be able to advise.
