My husband has just recieved his visa last friday after 1 month of waiting. We don't have any kids. I have read in the COPR the question any dependents? If he answers yes during the immgration interview in either Toronto or vancouver is it possible to declare his dad and mom
And his siblings? Thanks

Dependent: Children. Parents and siblings are not dependents.

When you apply for PR, the only dependents are your spouse and dependent children. Those must be on the application. Not including them is misrepresentation. Other relatives such as adult children, siblings and parents are not your dependents, are only mentioned on the additional family information form and can not be included in your application.
