Facts
My wife and I got married on December 16th 2012 and we both completed our landing on the 18th February 2014 under the Canadian experience class (CE1). It important to know we both completed landing on the same day. On our landing paper she is the Principal applicant and I was spousal dependent with no conditions. However due to personal differences we both mutually spilt (separated) since September the 1st, 2016. As its will be a mutual divorce I hope to get it completed by 2017 October. We have been married since 12 December 2012, which makes it 3 years and 8 months. However we have been married since landing for 2 years and 6 months. On my Landing paper I don’t have any condition. My PR card expires on the 17th April 2019. Lastly I have completed 840 physical days presence in Canada, which allows me to renew my PR card for the next 5 years. Currently I am in UK finishing my MBA and will return back to Canada on the 5th September 2017.
