Question on applying for EE

Hello everyone,

I did a masters in Economics from the US (2 years program) and prior to that 4 years bachelors from Pakistan. I currently work as a business data analyst for about 1 year 3 months. Since the NoC code is 2171 which does not apply to Economics majors, would that be an issue? Also, with this experience and education is there a shot to be eligible for EE?

My IELTS is 8.5 in speaking, reading and listening, 7.5 writing.

Regards to connnection of studies and job is not that issue...What you must be concerned is the NOC of current job ...70-80% job responsibilities must match and the lead statement should comply.. So go through the LS of your NOC 2171 ..
