Which documents do we need to notarize? Do we need to notarize all the photocopies like Birth certificate, work references, passport, ids, etc. Please drop few words.

well except ur police certificate all the photocopies must be notorized

birth certificate
nic
job letter
passport
mark sheets
degrees
ielts

I think Appendix A says what to notarize.
As for me, I notarized everything because it was free to notarize.

All the documents needs to be notarized other than PCC, employment reference letter,IELTS n University Diploma..these documents has to be original...
