Hello,

This is Wilson Wu, I am preparing Canada immigration program, but during the process I have a problem about education certification.

I finished my 4 years university study in 2007, and get graduation, but cause the CET 4 not passed, I haven't got degree.

The problem about the process of WES certification, WES need my graduation, degree and transcripts from Tsinghua certification (CDGDC), for these I can get verify reports from WES, If I only get certificate of graduation and transcripts from CDGDC, can I pass WES certification? can I get a type of education point in Canada immigration? If I can, which point I can get? 21 or 19 or other? If not, I plan to get part time Master degree, but the same problem as no degree on me, I only can get Master degree without graduation in China, because it is part time, can I get Master point in Canada immigration?

Can anybody help me? Thanks very much!

1. You didn't get the degree, so you won't get any points.
2. If you didn't get the undergraduate degree, it is unlikely that the Master would be accepted.

Thanks very much, but I read the CIC website guide about Federal skilled worker program (IMM 7000) via:
www . cic . gc . ca / english / information / applications / guides / EG7TOC.asp (remove spaces)

In the section of Step 2, there is a question about Education/Occupation Detail is:

Post-secondary - No degreePost-secondary studies at a college or university but no degree earned.

And the Post-secondary program credential of three years or longer point is 21.

As your answer I can be verify as Post-secondary, is that correct?

Thanks.

The Degree is the credential, which you don't have.

Thanks, but I always confused how the no degree education (three year college) people get certificate in China?
