HI Everyone,
An easy Question [hopefully] for everybody...[I would normally look this up, but as i'm in Cuba at the moment visiting my Wife, Internet is obviously, a little
pricey!!] In the IMM 1344 Form: "Application to Sponsor/Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking", in Sponsors Personal Details Section, Question #6, it asks for my
[Sponsors] status in Canada.
Among the options of answers there is: a) Canadian Citizen by Descent & b) Naturalized Canadian citizen. I was born overseas to a Canadian parent, and upon legal age,
[18] applied for Canadian Citizenship through the Clause: "Delayed Registration at Birth", and recieved my Canadian Citizenship.
Without wanting to sound like "Captain Obvious" i just want to make sure that i should choose OPTION A: Canadian Citizen by Descent...as i have heard of the Nightmare
stories of entire applications being returned, on the smallest of improper technicalities.
Thanks!
