Question from Background declaration form

Hi,

I have just provided the education history in 5-6 rows and below that the section PERSONAL HISTORY again ask similar thing (correct me if I am wrong). For eg: I was both studying and working in parallel. Do I have to again mention my education histoy in this question?

Please help.
