Question For Filipino Friend Regarding Travel as a Permanent Resident

There's a Filipino guy I know who is a Canadian permanent resident. He is curious as to the countries he is able to travel to now that he has his PR. Thanks.

Same as when he is a normal Filipino. lol. Trust me I know I am Filipino as well. It is just easier now to get Visas especially in the US because they consider the fact that you have been approved as a PR in Canada. He will need to be a Citizen with a Canadian passport before he can use the perks of it. (Traveling to different countries without getting a pre-approved visas.) I personally can't wait.

BUT of course there are countries we can go to with no problem with a Philippine passport.
