If you look into this link and the corresponding pages you are forwarded, you will see that no link is given to start the application online.
People say that there was a link before. And then, when you click it you start your application.
My question is, where is this link?

I get a link if you answer the questions and then asks you to sign into your account. Are you in Canada? If so say yes and then say what you want to change status to - student, worker etc. Then it will tell you how to apply through your account.

But you are not extending. Follow the questions, since you are in Canada you change from visitor to worker. If having issues, hire an immigration consultant to do it for you.
