Question! COPR (Confirmation of PR) - How soon will we receive it in the mail?

I hope everyone is well!
A few quick questions.

My husband got an email asking for a copy of his passport.
He replied today with a scan of his passport.

How soon will he receive the COPR in the mail? He had them mail it to my address in Canada.
Do you think it'll be faster?
What was your experience?

Usually first, your status will change to "decision made" online. THEN you can expect to receive COPR in mail 2-3 weeks later.

Depending on which VO you are using. I suppose he is from a visa-exempt country? My CoPR was sitting in the VO for over 2 weeks before it was picked up by DHL

What does VO stand for? Visa Office?

We are doing it through Ottawa. He is an american citizen.
Where was yours?

ECas is not always reliable and neither are COPR times. I have seen people from the U.S. receive them in three weeks and in two months. Wish I could tell you a definite but there isn't one.
