Question by my Mom

Hey guys my Mom was asking if it's possible to sponsor her niece(My Cousin)? She can't sponsor her parents anymore due to some health conditions and all of my siblings are already here in Canada even my Dad. She's already over 21 though, we're not sure if there's any age limit in sponsoring a relative. If yes, her nephew also has a spouse and a daughter would that be a problem? Thanks

Sorry but your Mom cannot sponsor your niece. There are several reasons but the main one that excludes her right off the bat is that your Mom already has relatives in Canada.

Maybe there are other ways her niece can get in on her own right. There are other options. Check out the other threads on here as well.
