Question: Additional Family Info for Spouse

Friends, In the form Additional Family Info for Spouse, should I write my name as the applicant or my spouse name?

The additional family info form needs to be filled by you and your spouse separately.

In your form, you are the applicant and your family details ( spouse, parents and siblings)

In your spouse form, he/she is the applicant and his/her family details.

If you are the applicant then write your name. If your spouse is the sponsor then he can't be the applicant but if it's it's vice versa then be guided accordingly
