I just wanted to make sure that you can only apply for CEC under the Canadian graduate stream (graduate of a Canadian university + 1 year full time work) within one year of completing the 1 year full time work mark. Let's say someone left their job more than a year ago and they're now studying they can no longer apply under CEC, right?
