Hi All!
I have a bit of dilemma and would like to seek anyone's advise please.
I am a live in caregiver here in Toronto. My grandmother, whom I am taking care of, passed away a week ago. My employer is my aunt, who now wants me to take care of my disabled grandfather, but he wasnt named on the LMO nor contract we signed previously.
Do we need to inform CIC re: my grandmother's death, being the recipient of care, or could I continue my employment with my aunt
without the need for any papers to be filed? I still have a valid work permit and due to file OWP/PR in the coming weeks.
I would greatly appreciate reply.
