Hi,
I had some questions! First let me explain the situation: I and my wife decided to move to Canada. We both applied to study in Canada, my wife's visa was accepted and my visa was rejected (those times we were in love and we were not married). Two years later we got married. Currently, my wife has pgwp, and she sent me an invitation for an open work permit. My request was rejected after 8 months of processing time. Now she says I cannot wait anymore, and I want to start a new life, and she abandoned me and and blocked me from all messengers and WhatsApp and etc. It’s happened 3 month ago.
My step-cousin lives in Toronto, he is going to send me an invitation to request a visitor visa.
  1. What should I write about my marital status, since officially still we are married?
  2. Should I mention that the previous rejection destroyed my marriage?
  3. What should I do to increase my chance to get a visa?
  4. Should I buy a round flight ticket?
  5. Medical test is required?
Thanks for the time you spend to answer my question.

If you are not divorced you must declare that you are married. What is the purpose of your visit? Given that you have been denied multiple times getting a TRV will be difficult. It is clear that your goal is to remain in Canada permanently and not just visit.

The primary purpose of my visit is to see her and ask her to give our relationship a chance. But I am not sure requesting a visitor visa is a good idea. I have to mention that, I already have an admission from the University of Guelph. In your opinion requesting a study permit is better than requesting a tourist visa?

Do you actually plan on studying?

Do you actually plan on studying?
In fact, my main plan is to save my relationship, see my wife, and explain that she is wrong. and if I convince her that she made a bad decision I will stay, and if I can't I will leave Canada after my graduation. I am looking for a solution to talk to her as soon as possible, please give me your opinion about which plan is the best in short term for me.
