Can anyone please help? My husband recently applied for PR family class. I am the sponsor and also the unpaid representative (submitted IMM 5476, etc). We want to set up GCKey and link it to the application but we weren't sure which of us was supposed to do that. I have read that it's best if the principal applicant does it for best updates. But also, that if he used a representative, the rep is supposed to make the GCKey account and receive updates on the applicant's behalf. But ALSO, unpaid representative cannot have an online account/access. This all seems very contradictory to me. Which of us is supposed to create the account and link the app to it? He also does not actually have a UCI yet.
